Tromsø should be an attractive and welcoming place to study. 

As an important student city in the north, and with UiT The Arctic University of Norway as a key partner, the project will work to increase the attractiveness of all campuses in the region—not only Tromsø. Activities include initiatives to improve student wellbeing and participation, efforts aimed at Tromsø as a host city for students, social inclusion of students, and a targeted project call in collaboration with Samfunnsløftet. 

Goals: 

• Increase wellbeing, participation and social inclusion among students at all campuses in the region. 

• Strengthen Tromsø’s role as a host city through initiatives that enhance student belonging and quality of life. 

• In collaboration with Samfunnsløftet, support student-led initiatives and projects that promote a vibrant and attractive student environment.
