OPEN CALL: Join our Queer art exchange project with Alles Kan in Belgium!
This year we're teaming up with Alles Kan, our good friends in Ghent, Belgium, to create a unique international collaboration! Alles Kan is like a cousin of our own Tvibitstigen, where young creative project makers can get the support and tools they need to realize their projects
For this collaboration we’re looking for young makers, artists, collectives, and creatives between 18 and 30 years old who want to co-create around the theme of Queer art. How you explore it is entirely up to you! 10 participants from Tromsø will travel to Ghent for a week in June/July, and during in September we will welcome a group of 10 young creatives from Ghent here in Tromsø. Together, we’ll co-create and work toward a final showcase at the Open Out Festival in Tromsø
Your medium or experience doesn’t matter - what matters is your motivation and availability:
- June 29th – July 5th travel to Ghent in Belgium
- September 5th – 12th welcome our friends to Tromsø and continue working together
- + some prep meetings and brainstorm sessions beforehand, evaluation afterwards
